Setting SMART GOALS, we will use the acronym SMART:
S - SPECIFIC
M- MEASURABLE
A- ACTIONABLE
R- REALISTIC
T- TIME-BASED
Tough this acronym is self-explanatory let us have a look at in brief:
S - Specific
Your goal should be well defined. If you want to be rich don't say I want to get rich, say you want to make a certain amount of money.

M - Measurable
Your goal should be measurable. Getting fit isn't measurable running a six-minute mile is.

A - Actionable
Develop action steps. You won't reach your destination if you don't know the map and directions.
R - Realistic
Your goals should challenge and stretch you, but no so much that you give up on them.

T- Time-based
A goal is a dream with a deadline. Setting a deadline makes you more likely to achieve it.

I hope that this procedure will help you set smart goals and you won't give up on them.
